By accessing or using the services provided by Dreamglare Innovations Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Dreamglare Innovations provides architectural design, construction, real estate development, property maintenance, and smart home solutions. All services are subject to specific project contracts signed by both parties.
Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract, Dreamglare Innovations retains all intellectual property rights to architectural drawings, blueprints, 3D renders, and technical designs created during the project lifecycle. Upon full payment and project handover, clients are granted a license to use these assets for their intended purpose.
While we strive for precision, all project timelines and cost estimates are subject to fluctuations in material costs, weather conditions, and local regulatory approvals. We will communicate any significant deviations to clients as they arise.
Dreamglare Innovations is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site-specific environmental factors or third-party hardware failures for smart home solutions. Our liability is limited to the scope defined in the specific service contract.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Abuja.
